I’m an experienced landscape and wildlife photographer in the north of England who loves being outdoors with my camera usually in the Yorkshire Dales, County Durham, Northumberland, Scotland and the Lake District.

I first started taking photographs about 40 years ago before having my passion reignited in the 1990s when I first did the Pennine Way which ignited my passion for both walking and photography which continues to this day, and as you will see from the pictures in this site I try to take photographs of the countryside with a timeless feel, just the view, a few sheep and a barn or two.
