Terms and Conditions

  1. Please allow 14 working days for delivery of your item.
  2. Print orders made through the website will not be refunded on account of the incorrect size being placed – these items are produced to order as bespoke items and cannot be returned to the print lab if the wrong size is requested.
  3. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. If your return is approved, a refund to your credit card will be initiated (or the original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  5. SHIPPING – You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
