My passion for both walking and photography

I’m an experienced landscape and wildlife photographer in the north of England who loves being outdoors with my camera usually in the Yorkshire Dales, County Durham, and the Lake District.

I first started taking photographs about 40 years ago before really getting into it in the early 1990s when I first did the Pennine Way which ignited my passion for both walking and photography which continues to this day.
